We always prefer that somone is present for the dumpster delivery and haul off. If no one will be avaliable for delivery we will do our best to put the dumpster in the provided location. Access for the truck and trailer are generally limited to paved or improved surfaces.

We do our best to carefully deliver and retrieve the dumpsters. Understand that the dumpsters are very heavy pieces of equipment. If there is a specific area of concern you may supply plywood sheeting to act as a barier. L&R Operations LLC is not responsible for any damages to the surface where a dumpster may be located, but will do our best to accommodate all requests for placement.

The dumpster can be loaded with up to 4 tons of material. 1 ton of weight is included in the dumpster rental. Subsiquent tonnage is billed at $90 per ton. All materials must be within the walls of the dumpster, not extending vertically beyond the sides. Please make an attempt to evenly distribute the weight of the contents.

We accept all major credit cards.

Generally speaking, dumpsters are picked up at the end of the the scheduled pickup date. Early or scheduled pickup is offered upon request.
